Hewlett-Packard Co. said Wednesday it licensed its first deal after 10 years of work on developing electronics on the atomic scale.
The Palo Alto-based company (NYSE:HPQ) said it is licensing technology to fabricate nanocircuits to Nanolithosolutions Inc., a Carlsbad-based start-up.
