Open Solutions Names Accomplished Senior-Level Executive Stephen J. Cameron to New Role of Company President

Cameron to its executive leadership team, as president. In this newly created position, Cameron will report directly to Louis Hernandez, Jr., Open Solutions chairman and CEO. Bringing extensive experience in leading technology and service-based organizations, Cameron will be responsible for overseeing Open Solutions’ day-to-day tactical operations, processes and company-wide organizational efficiencies. The addition of the role of president dedicated to the general day-to-day management of the company further enables Hernandez to focus on overall corporate direction, strategic initiatives and future growth strategies, as well as his ongoing interactions with Open Solutions’ senior level client executives and their boards of directors.

Cameron brings to Open Solutions more than 20 years of experience leading technology and services-based organizations. He joins Open Solutions from Siemens IT Solutions and Services, Inc., a global end-to-end provider of solutions and services in information and communications technology, where he served as chief operating officer/SVP of North American Outsourcing Services. In that role, he was responsible for the entire North American Managed Services business unit including full P&L responsibility of approximately $700 million, management of more than 5,000 employees, as well as the management and support of key Fortune 500 U.S. clients. In 2000, Siemens’ acquired ENTEX Information Services, where Cameron held the position of senior vice president of National Services and was responsible for all aspects of the company’s managed and operational services portfolio. He was also responsible for all National Field Service personnel and service operations. Prior to ENTEX, he was with Businessland for seven years before its merger with JWP, which through a management buyout led to the formation of ENTEX.
